Chocolate Brownie


Ingredients:-


1. Unsalted Butter – 225 grams
2. Brown Sugar – 1 cup
3. Sugar – 1 cup
4. Vanilla Extract a- 1 tsp
5. Instant Coffee Powder – 1 tsp
6. Eggs – 3
7. All Purpose Flour / Maida – 1 cup
8. Cocoa Powder – 3/4 cup
9. Salt – 1 tsp
10. Dark Chocolate Chunks – 1 1/2 cup chopped


Method:-

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a 9 by 10 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Take butter in a bowl and melt it. Add in brown sugar, normal sugar and mix well.
    3.Add eggs and mix well.
    Add in instant coffee powder, vanilla and mix well.
  3. Add in flour, salt, cocoa powder and mix well.
  4. Add in chocolate and fold gently.
    Spoon this into the pan and bake for 25 to 30 mins.
  5. Remove and cool completely.
  6. Serve.
